About the app
SPX Graphics for Zoom is a Zoom plugin, available in the Zoom App Marketplace, that extends the functionality of Zoom calls by giving users the ability to control live, dynamic graphics to overlay right on top of their videos. This is a unique app in that you would usually need to use an external graphics app to do use this sort of dynamics graphics, which is way too technical for most people who are on Zoom for meetings/calls.
The app is very flexible in that it is a controller that lives in the same window as your Zoom call. From there, you can control different graphics, each with its own unique functions and options, with a single click of a button. These graphics can be as simple as a nametag, which display your name and company, or can be its own visual tool such as the Slides or Meeting Agenda. We are constantly thinking and creating new graphics for our Store to make the app more useful for our users.
SPX is a developer of the open-source broadcast graphics controller software, SPX Graphics Controller, which is being use in TV broadcasts and live productions around the world. We brought that same professional-grade graphics technology right into Zoom, so everyone can take advantage of using graphics to upgrade their virtual meetings.
We believe that this app will mainly help in these ways:
Branding - Using the customization options and/or our custom graphics service, you can brand your Zoom calls in a professional way
Meeting Productivity - We made graphics that will help with making meetings more efficient and productive such as the Meeting Agenda and Meeting Timer.
Presentation - The only current visual tool to give presentations on Zoom is screen sharing. We are trying to change that with graphics like the Slides
Engagement - Keeping people's attention is one of the biggest challenges in online meetings. We created graphics like the Emoji React and Simple Text for this.

The app UI has 3 main tabs/sections. Click on the highlighted links to learn more about each topics:
SPX Graphics (The Controller)
Base Graphics - Group of essential graphics that are always
Additional Graphics - Graphics added from the store will show up here
For free users, there will be 1 instance of each additional graphic.
For Pro Users, there will be secondary option to create multiple sets of graphic layers.
Settings
Base Design - Change the look and feel of base graphics by choosing a base design
My Logo - Upload your logo(s) here to use in the app
My Images - Upload images here to use in various graphics (Slides, Simple Images, etc.)
Reset and Restart - Go here to reset your app if you're experiencing problems/errors. Also useful for getting the latest version of graphics. Be careful, all text content will be erased when you restart the app!
Help and Support - Find a list of helpful links about the about the app here. This is also where you can find your user ID if needed for customer support.
Store (Library for Pro users)
Free user VS Paying user VS Pro user
The app is free to download and start using with basic features. There are few differenced between these three tiers of users
Free - User has not purchased any items from the store
Occasional watermark
Paying - User has purchased at least one item from the store
No Watermark
Pro - User has subscribed to Pro plan
Unlimited access to all items
Pro features - Layers and sets, own logo, customizations, etc.
