Hosting a meeting is hard. Hosting a productive/efficient meeting is even harder!
But this is a major part of the job for many business professionals and managers, whose meetings happen mostly online. For these people, we created the ultimate visual tool to assist them in hosting better meetings;
Meeting Manager is a smart agenda with an integrated topic timer for each item on the list. Cut wasted meeting hours and improve productivity, simply by using this graphics into all of your meetings!
This graphic has an intuitive interface to setup your smart agenda. To use, first enter the title and intended duration of this meeting. Then, click on "edit agenda" to bring up the UI for adding agenda items, each with an allocated time. How much time you want to allocate to each topic can be easily adjusted with the slider. You can also go into the customise settings to adjust the look and feel of the graphic.
Now if you play the graphic, you will notice that the toggle button has a continue function. This is clicked at the end of each topic to move onto the next topic. This is a important feature because 1) it will mitigate inevitable situations where the discussion happen to go overtime on a topic 2) will still give full control to the host to manage the meeting as they see fit.
The visuals/animations makes it clear when you're approaching the end of a topic and when/if you're going overtime on a topic.
At the end of the meeting, you will get a recap of how well you performed on the timing of your meeting. The closer you are to your target time, the better the performance.

This graphic requires a little bit of skill to master using but once you do, it will be your best productivity tool in meetings.
First thing to know, there are two views which the agenda can be in
the expanded view

The idea here is that you use the continue button to either go from collapsed view to expanded view, or to skip to the next topic when in expanded view.
This means that If you are in the collapsed view, you will need to click on the continue button twice before it will move onto the next item.
The agenda also knows when the intended time for an item is done, which will automatically trigger the expanded view. In this case, you only need to click on the continue button once to go to the next topic.
